Senior Project Manager

• Directed a $5M+ portfolio of 40+ concurrent infrastructure programs, including data center migrations, DRaaS, SD-WAN, Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop, for regulated financial and healthcare clients, with over 97 percent on-time delivery.
• Delivered DRaaS for banking clients against SLAs agreed before each engagement, working with the managed service provider and each bank's IT team to track data seeding and confirm every dataset was captured correctly.
• Coordinated 20+ engineers, architects, partners, and client stakeholders, owning sequencing, dependencies, risks, and tradeoff decisions.
• Built a standard operating cadence of dashboards and reporting in Salesforce and Certinia, cutting reporting preparation time by about 30 percent.

Program Director

• Directed three Joint Staff support contracts totaling $75M+ on site at the Pentagon, meeting monthly with military leadership from each supported division.
• On the J8 IT Next program alone, led a 9-company team, including Northrop Grumman and Booz Allen Hamilton, across 9 performance tasks managed against the performance work statement.
• Drove authorization of classified analytic systems: the Joint Staff Analytic Suite earned a conditional ATO, a second system cleared independent verification and validation, and a third began its ATO transfer.
• Delivered the Automated Global Force Management Tool by building and testing on the unclassified network and moving it across an air gap to the classified side, since no classified build and test environment existed. Cloud work stayed aligned with FedRAMP requirements.

Cloud Strategy Analyst

• Advised executive stakeholders on enterprise cloud strategy for mission-critical workloads serving thousands of users, aligned with FedRAMP requirements and ITIL service management.

Signal Corps Officer and NCO

Enlisted 1997 to 2009, reaching Staff Sergeant. Commissioned through Officer Candidate School in 2009.

• Executive Officer to the Deputy CIO, Army CIO/G-6, Pentagon. Governed Army-wide C4IT staff actions with Congressional, Secretariat, and Joint Staff stakeholders.
• Executive Assistant, Army G-3 Operations, Pentagon. Focal point for worldwide operations reporting in the Army Operations Center, briefing senior Army leadership and coordinating continuity of operations.
• CJ6 Future Operations Planner, CJTF Operation Inherent Resolve, Kuwait. Planned communications networks across 7 deployed sites and the concept of communications for the campaign's largest counter-offensive, in a coalition headquarters spanning 21 countries.
• Network operations and incident command. Ran network operations as a Signal officer, keeping tactical operations centers and network nodes mission capable, and served as lead responder for communications outages in hostile environments.
• Company Executive Officer, 72d Expeditionary Signal Battalion, Germany. Accountable for 17 communications systems, 60 prime movers, and 37 generators worth $30M+ supporting USAREUR, EUCOM, and NATO. Led the company's move from Mannheim to Schweinfurt and stood up a DIACAP-accredited network at the new station.
• Expeditionary signal brigade planning. Directed 59 communications projects for a $486M, 2,200-person brigade across 4 battalions.
• Senior Signal Support Systems Maintainer, Operation Iraqi Freedom. Hands-on diagnostics and maintenance for 4 Command Post Nodes and a Joint Network Node, with a 120-hour turnaround on 25 mission-essential encryption devices.
